how u use fraps guide mayb?

fraps used to be an glitch program but thats patched now in game video sitll works u just have to set the hotkey for the vid starting than minimize fraps start sf or any other game .

press the hot key u set and it will start recording u also see a yellow number like 39 i think thats the fps im not sure but if usee it u did it right and i tath fraps was free ? www.fraps.com i have always used it as glitch program and used to be free ?
